Which documents are required for the reclamation process?
For reclamations, please send us the following documents for further examination and processing:
- Description of the incident.
- Local rental contract
- Credit card statement (in case of an unauthorized debiting).
- IBAN and BIC (the HAPPYCAR GmbH does not store any payment data of the customers, hence the transmission of the current bank connection is necessary for possible refunds).
- Invoice from the local supplier (You will receive an invoice from the local supplier, in case of a damage or other charges. This invoice is helpful for the reclamation process).
